“An adventure crossing boundaries”

Born in 1983 in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture.

“I want to reduce the number of people who regret not challenging themselves more.”

In 2025, he completed the solo transatlantic race “Mini Transat,” becoming the 4th Japanese person in history to achieve this feat. Now in 2027, he is setting sail for a solo around-the-world yacht race—a 48,000km, 140-day voyage.

Team Mission

Conveying that “No place is unreachable”

In the era of 100-year lifespans and AI,

Towards a society where individuality and philosophy become increasingly vital,

By fostering metacognition of one’s career from perspectives outside of work,

We aim to provide society with catalysts that help each individual build a foundation of thought for choosing their optimal affiliations and pursuits.

Environment

A Carbon Neutral Voyage

Self-sufficient in power using solar and hydro generation. An eco-challenge using a recycled yacht.
The Global Solo Challenge is an ISO 20121 certified, environmentally friendly race.

0%

CO2 Emission

Delivering courage and conveying that you can
“reach” anywhere on earth and any goal.

Education

“Venture is found in Adventure”

In the AI era, AI will handle everything predictable. What will be needed is the ability to “make decisions” and “manage risks” while progressing in areas without data.

From adventure—an area outside of business—we deliver to students the process of “embracing anxiety and uncertainty” and “turning curiosity into decisions.”

Corporate Lectures

The Source of Competitiveness is a “Spirit of Challenge”

  • “The Art of Embracing Uncertainty: Breaking Out of Your Comfort Zone Learned from Extreme Adventures”
  • “Venture is in Adventure: The Challenge Mindset AI Cannot Replicate”
  • “From Vertical to Horizontal: Designing a Boundary-Crossing Career in the Era of Reskilling”, etc.
About the Race

“Where I want to go is
where no one has gone”
