🌍 I attended the “Global Solo Challenge Skippers’ Meeting.”
This special gathering brought together
the award ceremony and journey recap of the 2023–2024 edition,
alongside the introduction of skippers (participants) for the 2027–2028 edition.
Challengers who had returned from more than nine countries,
and new skippers preparing to take on a solo circumnavigation, all came together to share:
- the stories of their past challenges
- their visions for the adventures ahead
- and the bonds they’ve built as fellow sailors
I was even given a “friendship certificate” from the brotherhood.
I also delivered a 5-minute presentation.
